Hi, I'm Dr. Brett Blair, the founder of Flourish in Midlife.

I’ve spent years empowering midlife men to embrace growth, build resilience, and design a vibrant, fulfilling future. I work with highly capable, functioning men who have achieved the things they set out to achieve, yet find themselves feeling drained, disconnected, or wondering, "Is this it?"
